It is possible to park directly outside the cottage on a flat gravel drive. Although there is one small step to enter the cottage and a small step down onto the patio area, it is easy to move from room to room on the ground floor, as there are no further steps.

Additionally, all the facilities required are provided on the ground floor. As well as the usual kitchen/dining room and lounge, there is also a bedroom and shower room with toilet on this floor, there is further accommodation upstairs

There is also room under the stairs to store a wheelchair or pushchair.
